RDA serves public amid COVID-19

Islamabad January 16, 2021 Rawalpindi : In line with the Prime Minister’s policy of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) under the direction of Chairman Tariq Mehmood Murtaza, has accelerated its efforts to simultaneously serve the public amid Covid-19, along with facilitation of the construction sector. The Authority has initiated its fast track application approval rate during the entire process. This all happened after the introduction of the EoDB reforms as well as after setting up the e-khidmat Centre in July last year at e-Khidmat Markaz, Rawalpindi, Deputy Director Finance RDA Muhammad Junaid Taj Bhatti told during a briefing at RDA office here Friday.

Rawalpindi Ring Road termed economic game changer Islamabad January 10, 2021 Islamabad : The Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR) project will facilitate the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) route as it will be linked with Hakla-DI Khan (M14) Interchange. According to a report published by Gwadar Pro on Saturday, all industrial materials and freights can move to and from CPEC route through this ring road. This connection also explains the development of new industrial zones, warehouses, and dry ports along the ring road economic corridor. And the CPEC zone included in the project will be developed near Hakla-D. I Khan Interchange, which will comprise Industrial Estate II, Logistic Hub II, Dry Port, Ware Houses, and a Truck Terminal.
