Lubbock woman indicted for manslaughter in 2020 shooting death of boyfriend

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Kaitlin Bliss Ehrhart, 25, of Lubbock has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on one count of manslaughter in the death of Nathaniel Bloedel on Dec. 9, 2020.
Lubbock police were called to the Somerset Square Apartments near 11th and Bangor just after 1 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2020.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Ryshaad Marquis Perry, 25, of Lubbock has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on a charge of injury to a child causing serious bodily injury.
Around March 5, 2021, the victim made an outcry to the mother in regards to Perry assaulting the victim, according to the police report. The child complained her neck was sore and the victim’s mother noticed red marks on the child’s neck. The mother notified police.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Jacob Durisseau, 20, of Lubbock has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on a charge of online solicitation of a minor.
According to the indictment, Durisseau is accused of engaging in sexual contact with a minor around March 26, 2021. Durisseau knowingly solicited the minor by text message or other electronic communications to meet with him.
Jacob Durisseau is not currently in jail at this time

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - David Lowe, 37, of Lubbock has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on a charge of indecency with a child with sexual contact.
The police report says on Nov 7, 2020, the victim’s mother reported a sexual assault to police.
The mother found evidence on the victim’s phone where the victim talked about being sexually assaulted.
The victim told police it happened about four years ago, sometime during June of 2016, while she was at a friend’s house riding ATVs.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Gabriel Mendoza, 29, of Lubbock has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on a charge of murder.
The victim, 25-year-old Yajaira Lizette Monsivais, with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Monsivais was transported by EMS to University Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased.
Lubbock Police Officers responded to a shots fired call shortly after 8:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 300 block of Avenue T.
The initial investigation found Gabriel Lee Mendoza and his brother were involved in an argument over a stolen firearm.
