REINO-IO buys 5 logistics parks in Poland for UK’s Grosvenor Group
REINO-IO, an entity established by REINO Capital, a holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and IO Asset Management, a specialized industrial asset manager, expanded its managed portfolio with five top-quality logistics parks in Poland. The purchase from AEW was made through the Polish Logistics LLP vehicle for the international real estate company Grosvenor Group.
Five logistics parks located in Łódź, Poznań, Sosnowiec, Bielsko-Biała and Rzeszów with a total area (GLA) of 209,000 sq m. sq m is leased to 28 tenants, mainly from the retail, light industry and specialized logistics sectors. Among them, the most important are large, stable entities such as: Hutchinson, Omega, Pilzno, DAMCO and Pekaes.
