OGDENSBURG - Harlow Perry, Jr., 44, Ogdensburg man was charged Sunday with second-degree robbery and fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon stemming from an incident at the Ogdensburg Walmart.
On the afternoon of May 23 at about 2:30 p.m. the Ogdensburg Police Department responded to a report of a theft at Walmart, located at 3000 Ford Street Extension.
While investigating the incident, it is alleged that Harlow brandished a knife when he was confronted about the theft by store employees.
Witnesses provided information that ultimately led to the identification and arrest of Harlow.
Perry was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and was remanded without bail to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

DEKALB â As of Monday, murder and weapons charges against John C. Anson in the shooting death of a Rossie man have been dismissed, according to the St. Lawrence County District Attorneyâs Office.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriffâs Office was initially called for a burglary in progress at about 2:30 a.m. May 4, at 580 County Route 18, where deputies say they found 40-year-old Justin A. Massey âdeceased with a gunshot to his body.â
Charges were initially filed that day against two of the propertyâs residents, father and son Charles M. Anson, 51, and John, 29, as well as Kayla M. Briggs, 25, of DeKalb Junction.

MORRISTOWN â State police charged two Ogdensburg residents with unlawfully publishing an intimate image stemming from an April 25 complaint from the town of Morristown.
Katherine H. House, 21, was charged at 11:45 a.m. Thursday and Brian M. McDonald, 30, was charged at 10:32 a.m. Saturday. Both individuals were released on appearance tickets.
State police charged two individuals following an alleged domestic dispute Sunday.
Victoria L. Burnham, 24, of Hermon, was charged with a felony count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance- stimulants and a misdemeanor count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Richard K. Reese, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Both individuals were ordered held.
