Livingston County Sheriff s Office searching for missing Howell teen The Livingston County Sheriff s Office is asking the public for assistance in finding Minushka Ostrowski, a 17-year-old Howell teen.  Ostrowski left her Howell area home voluntarily several  weeks ago, according to a press release. Officials said she had been in contact with her friends but has stopped contacting them. Ostrowski was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and black leggings, according to the release.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Livingston County Central Dispatch at 517-546-9111.
