St. Luke’s University Health Network will host a special series COVID-19 vaccination events at their Lehighton campus this week in an effort to get more shots in more arms across Carbon County.
The four day walk-in vaccine site will take place in a tent located in the employee parking lot across the street from the hospital’s main entrance on North 12th Street in Lehighton, offering free initial doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine depending upon the day.
The first of the clinics began Wednesday, with patients 18 and older receiving their first dose of the Moderna vaccine.
