Four firearms were collected between the two suspects who are accused of firing back at Patrick Battees Jr., 17, of Proctor shortly after police say Battees shot and killed Juamada Anderson Jr., 22, of Duluth who was standing among a crowd of people around 7 p.m. May 22 on the 100 block of East 3rd Street.
Police say the gunfire happened after a fight.
Authorities say this gunfire and exchange of the weapon were captured on surveillance video.

As of Thursday night, Morris, who is a well-known boxer in the Twin Ports, was still on the run and wanted on charges of being a felon with possession of a firearm and for reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality.

A 28-year-old male suspect in a possible drive-by shooting was booked into custody in St. Louis County Jail in Duluth on Friday night.
The man was suspected in a shots-fired call from Wednesday on the 200 block of North 14th Avenue East, where Duluth Police Department officers found evidence to substantiate that shots had been fired, specifically spent shell casings and damage to a building in the area, a police news release said late Friday.
VIRGINIA â Homicide charges were filed Friday against Derek Edward Malevich, 40, after he allegedly stabbed a woman to death inside his Virginia apartment Wednesday.
Authorities confirmed the victim to be Kristen Ann Bicking, 32. Malevich has been charged with second-degree intentional murder for allegedly stabbing Bicking to death inside his apartment before fleeing the scene after calling 911 dispatchers to report the incident.
Malevich made his first court appearance on the charge Friday in front of District Judge Robert C. Friday. He is scheduled for a Rule 8 initial appearance at 8:50 a.m. Monday, May 17, with Judge Andrew R. Peterson.
Public Defender Bruce Williams was assigned to Malevich, who is being held in St. Louis County Jail on $1 million bail.
