Most Wanted: Pair of newcomers featured this week
MANSFIELD - Two newcomers highlight this week s edition of Most Wanted.
Daylon Rawlings, 25, is wanted on a charge of burglary. He has ties to Mansfield and Columbus.
Rawlings is 5 feet, 10 inches and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Carl Murphy, 50, is wanted on a probation violation. His original charges were carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drugs. Murphy has ties to Mansfield and Ontario.
He is 6-2 and 200 pounds. He had brown hair and blue eyes.
Everette Rucker Jr., 26, is being sought for failure to appear for a change-of-plea hearing. His original charge was having weapons under disability. He has ties to Mansfield.

Elijah Lipford
Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Elijah Lipford. Lipford is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the East Cleveland Police Department for attempted murder, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery.
It is alleged that on November 19, Lipford shot Nathaniel Green, 19, at an address near the 1200 block of Lockwood Ave, East Cleveland. Lipford allegedly shot Green nine times and then proceeded to rob him.
Lipford,19, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 1 inches and weighing 160 lbs.Lipford’s last known address is near the 2200 block of Green Road, Cleveland, Ohio.

Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s (NOVFTF) Cleveland and Akron Divisions have arrested 22-year-old Raylon McCants, wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for murder.
On July 1, 2019, gunfire was exchanged between passengers in a vehicle and a pedestrian on a sidewalk in the 7600 block of Star Ave. in Cleveland’s Superior/St. Clair neighborhood. 18-year-old Deonte Watkins was the driver of the car and died at the hospital 3 days after the shooting.
