New features have been rolled out in the Government s LifeSG mobile application, moving it one step closer to becoming a super app for public services.
Last Thursday, the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) added a new Profile function to the app that lets users see at a glance some of their personal information from public agencies.
For instance, they can view their Central Provident Fund (CPF) balances and their annual income assessable by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore for tax filing.

SINGAPORE - New features have been rolled out in the Government s LifeSG mobile application, moving it one step closer to becoming a super app for public services.
Last Thursday (July 1), the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) added a new Profile function to the app that lets users see at a glance some of their personal information from public agencies.
For instance, they can view their Central Provident Fund (CPF) balances and their annual income assessable by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore for tax filing.
They can also see the government benefits and support they have, such as the amount left for their SkillsFuture Credit and SingapoRediscovers Vouchers.

SINGAPORE - A man accused of using a wooden pole to assault his teenage sister, who was later found dead in a Clementi flat, and his two accomplices, will face more than 10 charges as they continue to be remanded without bail.
Huang Bocan, 29, another man, Lim Peng Tiong, 62, and a woman, Chee Mei Wan, 41, may also have their current charges upgraded, including to capital ones, the court heard on Tuesday (June 15).
They are each currently facing a charge of voluntarily causing grievous hurt to Ms Huang Baoying, 19.
