The Washington County Sheriff s Office has located the driver but did not immediately provide any details.
An elderly Beaverton man was killed in a hit-and-run crash Saturday evening, Feb. 20.
The Washington County Sheriff s Office has identified the victim as 86-year-old Donald Ray Harvey.
The WCSO said the driver has been located and the suspect vehicle has been recovered, but did not immediately provide any more details.
According to the WCSO, around 7:40 p.m. Feb. 20, deputies responded to a report of an injured pedestrian near Southwest Clark Hill Road and Tile Flat Road in unincorporated Beaverton. A motorist driving in the area noticed there was a man lying near the roadway and stopped to check on him. Witnesses found that the male was gravely injured and that it appeared he had been hit by a car.

The victim in a fatal shooting Thursday, Feb. 18, in Aloha has been identified as a 32-year-old Portland man.
The Washington County Sheriff s Office responded to a reported shooting in the 17800 block of Southwest Kinnaman Road at 1:52 p.m. Thursday.
Jeremy Lee Covey was transported to the Providence Urgent Care in Tanasbourne, where he was pronounced dead before deputies arrived, the Sheriff s Office said Friday evening, Feb. 19.
No information about a suspect or motive in the shooting has been released, but the Sheriff s Office says it is being investigated as a homicide. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit were assigned to the case.
