Pakistan- Coronavirus pandemic puts diversified impacts on immunization programs

He had not been allowing the polio workers to enter his home during the regular immunization drives. He understood that the poliovirus did not exist and the immunization drive was nothing but a drama, scripted by some Western NGOs for their vested interests. He could not believe that the poliovirus could cripple a child for the whole life. His perception about the virus, however, changed with the outbreak of the coronavirus disease when he realized that a virus could be so dangerous that it might claim human lives.
