Police checked the riverbank and the surrounding area and requested the assistance of a drone from the Broome County Sheriff’s Office and the Office of Emergency Services. Whitton was last seen on Sunday between 8 p.m.-11 p.m. in the vicinity of Two Rivers Church, on Chrisfield Drive, officials said. He was last seen wearing a red and white plaid shirt and khaki pants. He is approximately 5 foot 6 inches and 125 pounds. Dodge said if Whitton is located, please contact the Johnson City Police Department at 729-9321.
