Minnesota health officials reported on Tuesday that 63 more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the northeastern part of the state.
The state reported five more deaths from the illness. None of those people lived in Northeastern Minnesota.
Wisconsin s Ashland, Bayfield and Douglas counties logged an additional 22 cases for the Northland. Most of those cases are in Douglas County.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported eight new deaths from COVID-19 in the state. One of those people lived in Douglas County. The county has now lost 33 people to the illness.
