State Representative Scott Krug of Nekoosa says it shouldn’t be that way, but after a bipartisan vote in the Assembly, Senate Democrats lined up against the proposal. “That puts a little concern into it,” said Krug. “But, it’s just sitting on the Governor’s desk right now waiting for what I call the good pen instead of the bad pen.
