KUWAIT CITY, May 5: MP Osama Al- Shaheen forwarded queries to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid about the rationale behind the decision issued on May 3, 2021 to prevent citizens from travelling abroad unless they are vaccinated against covid-19 even if their destination does not impose vaccination as an entry condition. He asked if any of the expatriate workers in the private sector were exempted from the provisions defined by the Higher Committee for addressing coronavirus crisis regarding their entry to Kuwait during the crisis.

KUWAIT CITY, April 28: The Environment Public Authority (EPA) said it is fully committed to move the old and discarded vehicles tyres from the Rahiya dump to Al-Salmi where these tyres will be recycled and the area will be handed over to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW). A reliable source told the Al-Seyassah daily, six companies are working nonstop for 12 hours a day to shift the tyres.

KUWAIT CITY, April 27: MPs Mehalhal Al-Mudaf and Muhannad Al-Sayer have submitted a proposal to relocate the expatriate bachelors living in Khaitan and then transform the place into a residential area exclusively for citizens. According to the proposal, contracting companies will be prevented from renting buildings in Khaitan for the accommodation of their expatriate workers.
