University of Guelph COVID-19 outbreak rises to 60 cases
A COVID-19 outbreak at the University of Guelph has risen to 60 cases. Meanwhile, the medical officer of health for Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph says she s starting to see the curve bend when it comes to local cases.

The most recent vaccine rollout update at Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health says it will receive about 50 per cent of the expected Pfizer vaccine delivery on Monday, as well as the expected 3700 doses of Moderna.
That was yesterday’s message from Public Health who also said it still doesn’t know when it’ll receive additional Pfizer doses.
To accomodate for the shortage, Public Health is making adjustments to its vaccine rollout including pausing further first-dose vaccinations, prioritizing the completion of first-dose vaccinations for long-term care and retirement home residents and prioritizing second dose vaccinations for that cohort too.
