Palestine Foreign Minister Dr Riyad Al Maliki on Friday expressed deep appreciation for Pakistan’s principled, steadfast, and unflinching support to the state during a conversation with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Quereshi.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, said Dr Maliki appreciated Prime Minister Imran Khan’s clear and unambiguous position on the recent crisis and thanked Pakistan for the consistent diplomatic support received to Palestine at regional and international fora.

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday said that he had not done injustice with estranged PTI leader Jahangir Khan Tareen, while also denying that he had given an NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) to Tarin who is facing an inquiry by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) related to the sugar scam.
He made the comments while responding to a caller on the Apka Wazeer-e-Azam Apke Saath programme during which he took telephone calls from citizens.
The premier said that Tareen claimed he was a victim of injustice. I have never done any injustice with anyone. When I haven t done it with any of my opponents, how will I do it with Jahangir Tareen?

The state s enemies have failed at disrupting peace in Balochistan, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Monday.
The foreign minister s statement came a day after terrorists martyred three and injured five soldiers in the province.
The foreign minister prayed for the forgiveness of the martyred soldiers and hoped that the soldiers, injured in separate attacks, would recover quickly. The nation stands with its security forces in the fight against terrorism, the foreign minister added.
Three soldiers of the Frontier Corps embraced martyrdom, while five others sustained injures in the line of duty during two separate terrorist activities in Quetta and Turbat areas of Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) had said in a statement a day earlier.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Monday that the final settlement of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) dispute lies in the United Nations Security Council s (UNSC) resolution calling for a free and impartial plebiscite under the UN auspices. Let me be clear, Jammu & Kashmir is an internationally recognised dispute on the UN Security Council agenda, the foreign minister said on Twitter, adding that IIOJK was not India s internal matter.
