Sources report that Shah has called off his trip in view of the blast outside Israel Embassy in New Delhi. He is also likely to meet top security and intelligence officials tomorrow to discuss the investigation.

Antananarivo [Madagascar] January 27 (ANI): Madagascar President Andry Rajoelina has congratulated India on the occasion of 72nd Republic Day.
He sent a congratulatory tweet on Tuesday, saying: “My warmest congratulations to the people of India on the 72nd Republic Day. On this occasion, I wish President @rashtrapatibhvn and Prime Minister @narendramodi continued peace, progress and prosperity.”
The Embassy of India in Madagascar thanked the President on Twitter and responded: “Thank you your Excellency President @SE Rajoelina for your warm wishes on our 72nd Republic Day. Under your dynamic leadership #India and #Madagascar are working towards realising our PM @narendramodi ’s vision of Security & Growth for All in the Indian Ocean Region #SAGAR.”

New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday said that events that took place in eastern Ladakh in 2020 have profoundly disturbed the relationship between India and China.
“Far from mitigating differences, events of 2020 have actually put our ties under exceptional stress,” said Jaishankar while speaking about eastern Ladakh standoff.
While addressing an online conference on India-China ties, Jaishankar said the ties between India and China is at the crossroads today. He added that choices that are made will have a huge impact not only for the two nations but also for the entire world.
