FLINT, MI Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and special Flint water crisis prosecutors say they will announce the outcome of the state’s criminal investigation into the Flint water crisis on Thursday, Jan. 14.
The announcement, which is expected to include the filing of criminal charges against former Gov. Rick Snyder and other former state and city employees, comes two years after Nessel was elected and more than 18 months after criminal cases she inherited were dismissed and the water probe restarted.
Brian Lennon, an attorney representing Snyder, told CBS News, "we believe there is no evidence to support any criminal charges against Governor Snyder."
