Appearing at West Sussex Youth Court, sitting at Worthing Magistrates’ Court, on April 29, the 15 year old admitted causing £1,000 worth of damage to the shop window of The Dirty Razor Barbershop, London Road, on April 9.
He also admitted, with another man, the assault of a man at Longford Road, Bognor Regis, on March 6.

He was sentenced to a youth rehabilitation order and was fined £50.

Michael Bloom, 52, of The Crescent, Southwick, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham on November 5, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
Jake Jephson, 26, of Cove Road, Rustington, was fined £433 and must pay £43 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on November 1, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Tobias Powell called for a civil war and supported the murder of MP Joanne Cox. The 32-year-old showed off his tattoo online which showed a Nazi emblem, Worthing Magistrates’ Court heard. He admitted four counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to stir up racist hate. In his social media posts Powell showed his support for banned terror group National Action. He posted on Twitter calling for a “civil war” to stop the “ethnic suicide of white people”, Counter Terrorism Police said. Police went to his property in February 2019, and found Powell’s support for white supremacist and racist ideas.
Christopher Michael Way pilfered the chocolate treats from Tesco in Broadwater. The 39-year-old “persistent” thief targeted stores in the area, routinely stealing chocolate bars. He also raided a Shelter charity shop and stole an iPad and equipment inside in Worthing. At Worthing Magistrates’ Court he admitted a string of offences included theft, obstructing a PC and assaulting a police sergeant. Way was jailed for nine months because of his crimes.
