A 17-year-old girl was arrested on felony charges after deputies said she was caught on camera attacking another teenager with a taser. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded to Ralph Carter Park after receiving reports of an active disturbance with weapons on Wednesday. Upon arrival, deputies found multiple vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot and multiple people standing around and yelling. They said a woman on scene stated that several teens arrived at her home trying to fight her son.

FCSO deputies arrived at the victim’s residence, where the victim showed multiple text messages that had been sent to her by Thayer.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded on March 4 to a home in the 1800 block of Hickory Street in Bunnell regarding a stolen 8750-watt Predator generator. The victim told deputies that he believed the generator must have been stolen the previous day. It was valued at $1,000.  Two days later, FCSO again responded to the residence. Another family member who lives on the property reported that $1,300 worth of her jewelry had been stolen from inside her trailer.

Deputies say has a history of issues with mental health. On Wednesday around 2 p.m., deputies responded to Wellham Lane in Palm Coast after a witness called 911 to report an attempted abduction.
