Scotland’s Global Energy Group and fabricator Rosetti Marino of Italy have formed a strategic partnership to produce offshore substations for the offshore wind sector.
The five-year agreement will see the pair tender and executive a range of scopes, including full turnkey offerings.
GEG, which operates the Nigg offshore wind port (

The partners will also offer platform electrification, gas to wire and hydrogen transition opportunities in the wider UK offshore sector.
