Two Men Charged In Connection To Multiple Break-ins, Thefts

24-year-old Joshua Wayne Seagro and 21-year-old Christopher Lee Stephens were arrested by Statesville Police Officers. Seagro is charged with five counts of first-degree burglary, nine counts of larceny after breaking & entering, eight counts of breaking & entering, three counts of breaking & entering to a motor vehicle and one count of larceny. Stephens was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, three counts of breaking & entering, four counts of larceny after breaking & entering and one count of breaking & entering to a motor vehicle.
