Updated: 5:21 PM EDT Apr 22, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff WLWT Digital Staff A 4-year-old girl has died days after an alleged assault apparently punched and choked more than a week ago.Nahla Miller, 4, has died of an apparent homicide, officials with the Hamilton County Coroner s Office said Thursday.The Springfield Township girl died Wednesday at Cincinnati Children s Hospital, where she had been hospitalized since April 13, the coroner states.According to court documents, Tianna Robinson, 25, the child s mother, was initially charged with two counts of felonious assault in connection to the 4-year-old s beating.Documents state that Robinson punched the 4-year-old child, before strangling her till she stopped breathing. It happened at a home in the 1600 block of Hudepohl Lane, officials said. Crews arriving on the scene found the 4-year-old girl unresponsive and not breathing.
