Housed at the Center for Community Partnerships on the CSU campus, New Start provides individualized guidance and mentoring including support in addressing memory and concentration challenges, organizational difficulties, adjustment to academic life, and the many challenges that veterans may be experiencing as they pursue a college degree.
These services help injured veterans get a 'new start' on their lives as they re-enter the community and pursue higher education after sustaining an injury while on active duty..
