Detailed description is The School of Education at Fresno Pacific University has created a unique program for teachers who work in grades K-8, and are interested in STEM.
This 33 unit course of study focuses on three ideas as we integrate the four topics of Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics.
The three ideas are Content, Pedagogy, and Research.

Students complete 20 units of graduate level, Engineering, Mathematics, and Science content and pedagogy coursework.
Throughout these courses the use of and idea of technology development are emphasized.

The Research component of this degree takes place within the teacher's classroom and through intensive work interpreting the research of others.
All students will be further instructed in the methodology and philosophy of research within the AIMS Center for Math & Science Education (a non-profit educational research institute)..
