详细介绍 【工作职位】：互电商平台 E-COMMERCE OPERATION MANAGER 【工作地区】：密市 【工作时间】：Monday– Friday 8 hours shift 【工资范围】：面议 【语言要求】：英语流利，国语流利 【职位职责】： · Responsible for daily e-commerce operation and assign duties, including sales, customer service, target traffic promotions, data analysis, merchandise selection optimization, fulfillment and returns. · Manage all warehouse activities in support of pick, pack, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations and implement solutions for fulfillment issues including order mispacks and transit time delays · Develop and document a catalog of SOPs and best practices for all operating systems and maintains strict inventory control processes and rules. · Review, analyze, modify and implement efficient and effective daily plans, department processes, policies, and procedures, and continuously improve cost, speed, and accuracy performance of distribution network
