Charles Sturt has 400 instalments of $5,000 on offer through the Australian Government's Tertiary Access Payment program for potential students Charles Sturt University will be able to help 400 school-leavers from regional, rural or remote areas during their first year at university through the Australian Government's Tertiary Access Payment (TAP) program. The University has 400 payments of $5,000 on offer through the program for students who meet the eligibility criteria. The program was developed in response to the National Regional, Rural and Remote Tertiary Education Strategy (Napthine Review), which identified a city-country divide in tertiary education.
