Cape Cod Times SAGAMORE BEACH — A motorist was killed early Tuesday morning after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a tree and caught fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and the driver, identified by police as Colin Crowley 20, of Sagamore Beach, was pronounced dead, police said. The Bourne Police Department received a report of the crash at 1:29 a.m. at the intersection of Ocean Pines Drive and Old Plymouth Road, the department said in a statement posted to Facebook. The crash happened in front of 330 Old Plymouth Road. Bourne police and fire officials found a 2008 Hyundai Elantra with severe front-end damage engulfed in flames against a tree, according to the statement.
