BUZZARDS BAY — One person was injured after they fell off a personal watercraft following a collision Thursday afternoon, according to a press release from the Bourne Fire Department. At 1 p.m., the Bourne Fire Department crews were dispatched to Taylor’s Point Marina, where they determined there was a collision between two personal watercraft near the docked Massachusetts Maritime Academy training ship, TS Kennedy. Fire personnel out of the Pocasset station responded in one of the department’s marine units to ensure that no one else who might be injured remained in the water, the release said. One person was taken to Tobey Hospital in Wareham with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening, the release said.
