January 08, 2021 TEN wanted persons who are facing various charges were arrested in separate anti-crime operations in Eastern Visayas from January 7 to 8, 2021. In Gamay, Northern Samar, police arrested Randy Dulfo Balagwis for murder case. Acting presiding judge Ricardo Amos of Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 38 in Gamay did not recommend a bail to the accused. In Tacloban City, authorities nabbed Simplicio Bohol, who is facing a warrant for attempted homicide. Presiding Judge Manasseh Bastes recommended a bail of P36,000 for Bohol's temporary liberty. Police arrested Primitibo Albaracin for alleged acts of lasciviousness in Sogod, Southern Leyte. A bail bond of P36,000 was recommended to the accused, based on a warrant issued by Judge Patrick Espere, of Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) in Sogod.
