10 wanted persons nabbed in 2-day operation
January 08, 2021 TEN wanted persons who are facing various charges were arrested in separate anti-crime operations in Eastern Visayas from January 7 to 8, 2021. In Gamay, Northern Samar, police arrested Randy Dulfo Balagwis for murder case. Acting presiding judge Ricardo Amos of Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 38 in Gamay did not recommend a bail to the accused.
