It was a packed house at The Iowa Project in Downtown Spencer Monday evening as Spencer Mainstreet gathered to reflect on what Director Nancy Naeve calls a successful year despite having to deal with a global pandemic. Naeve says one of the biggest changes seen along Grand Avenue is the filling of a couple of BIG storefronts.
