Iowa SBA Director Jayne Armstrong says many venues are still desperate for patrons despite the increased number of vaccinated Iowans. The new Restaurant Revitalization Fund will make 28 point six billion dollars available to some of the hardest hit small businesses ranging from restaurants and bars to wineries, ice cream shops and food trucks.
