特區政府對海外旅客入境檢疫放寬為「3+4」安排，實施至今一個月，大公報翻查各口岸的出入境紀錄，香港8月份的入境旅客接近6萬人次，逾八成是內地旅客，對比7月份入境旅客近5萬人次之中，逾八成是內地旅客，海外旅客來港數字未見顯著上升。
