21-year-old man charged in Austin murder arrested on warrant

Tyrone James Williams made his first appearance in Mower County District Court on charges of aid/abet second degree murder, aid/abet aggravated robbery and aid/abet first-degree assault. Williams is one of three people charged in the death of 75-year-old William Hall.
