(Shutterstock) WASHINGTON, DC — Homicide detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department made a third arrest Monday in connection with the Oct. 6 fatal shooting of 30-year-old Michael Bright of Northeast, according to a police release. Officers from the Sixth District responded around 9:08 p.m., on Oct. 6 for the report of the sound of gunshots in the 1100 block of 45th St., N.E. They found Bright suffering from a gunshot wound. D.C. Fire and EMS took him to a nearby hospital, but all lifesaving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead.
