(Shutterstock) WEST CHESTER, PA — West Chester Borough police said they found a 23-year-old woman trying to park a damaged vehicle in the borough early Saturday morning. She has been charged with DUI after allegedly hitting parked cars and leaving the scene. Around 4 a.m. on April 24, police arrived in the back of the 100 block of E. Nields Street where there was a disturbance. Police reported that Carly Nance, 23, of West Chester, was attempting to park a vehicle that officers said was obviously damaged. Officer alleged that Nance struck a number of parked vehicles and left the scene, driving her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
