Cynthia’s Chinese Restaurant (www.cynthiaschinese.com) is a family-friendly restaurant that serves those who love and appreciate good-quality Chinese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. Our customers will enjoy the magnificence of ancient China through their entire meal of authentic, mouth-watering cuisine. We would like to invite a hard-working, creative and responsible Chinese Sous Chef to join our team at the Thornhill location.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese style foods, including fish, poultry, meat, vegetables, and other dishes
- Improve and update daily menu, develop and design new seasonal menus for special events like wedding, anniversary, traditional Chinese festival celebrations, etc., with standardization of receipts, presentation, and food display
