Written By: Keith Norman | × Eight people were sentenced on felony charges recently in separate cases in Southeast District Court in Jamestown. Art Krein, 74, Jamestown, was found guilty by a 12-person jury of reckless endangerment, a Class C felony and criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor. Krein was accused of shooting a firearm at an occupied train and causing damage of more than $200 to the train with a bullet hole on June 23, 2019. LeFevre sentenced Krein to three days in the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation with credit for three days served. Krein was also placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay a $25 victim-witness fee and $11,137 restitution.
