PORT CLINTON - A former Oak Harbor man was indicted on multiple charges in connection with a crash investigators believe to have been caused by impaired driving that led to the death of a Port Clinton man in December. Danny E. Wamsley, 68, who now resides in Port Clinton, is facing one count of aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony, three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor, and one count of driving left of center, a minor misdemeanor, following the indictment by a grand jury Thursday in Ottawa County Common Pleas Court.
