The AAP government of Delhi will challenge in the Supreme Court the appointment of former Allahabad High Court judge Umesh Kumar as the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) chairman. The government had recommended retired Justice Sangeet Lodha's name, but the Centre ignored the suggestion, Atishi, the Power Minister, said.
