AAPI communities are most concerned about inflation, immigration: poll

A new AAPI Data/AP-NORC Poll revealed that economic and foreign policy concerns are the top priorities for Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities in 2024. The results: According to the data, about three in 10 cited inflation (31%) and immigration (29%) as the key issues for the government to address, aligning with the concerns of U.S. adults overall. Other frequently mentioned issues include the environment (25%), general economic concerns (24%), health care reform (23%), education/student debt (19%), gun issues and crime/violence.
