A CAR that was found flooded in a car park has finally been 'rescued'. The car, located at Rye Farm Car Park in Abingdon, was a victim of the Boxing Day floods that badly affected much of the county. The vehicle has now been removed from the car park, with one person saying it was rescued by the owner's father. Another Facebook user said that the abandoned vehicle had become the 'most photographed car in Abingdon', adding that they 'felt sorry for the owner'. Torrential rain across Oxfordshire brought a wet Christmas to many people, with emergency services dispatched to a number of flooded households.
