An abused dog that was found abandoned in Randolph is recovering from major surgery.
Randolph police say the dog was found at about 1 a.m. Monday near the intersection of High Street and Scanlon Drive.Sign up for our Newsletters
Eric Weloth, of Norfolk, says he and some of his friends found the abandoned dog about 50 feet off the roadway on High Street, and they knew it needed immediate help.
