Achievement tests to measure students’ academic level 19 May 2021 - 8:17 The Peninsula Doha: Students of third, sixth and ninth grades in public schools will take achievement tests at the end of the second semester. The tests aim at measuring the academic achievement of school students in the curriculum for the second semester, said the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in a statement. The Student Evaluation Department represented by the committees for the achievement tests, will prepare test papers for subjects of Islamic studies, Arabic language, English language, science, mathematics and social studies. Achievement tests are a tool for identifying and determining students’ achievement level, and are prepared by a team that includes all parties to the educational process.
