We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join our Volvo franchise here in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. Working in our newly refurbished Volvo Retail Experience facility, you will have extensive experience in running an Aftersales department, ideally within a Main Dealership environment. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the Aftersales team by demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviour associated with the Company and Manufacturerâs Brand Values. In a hands-on, pro-active role, you will have ultimate control in the operation of the department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring manufacturer franchise standards are always maintained. You must have strong leadership and people management skills, with the focus being on delivering the ultimate customer experience, whilst achieving business sales and profitability objectives. You will be expected to drive the performance of the department forward, whilst keeping the team motivated. You will be able to provide guidance, organise and monitor training requirements, and carry out appraisals to each member of the Aftersales team, and to encourage a forward-thinking attitude, which will help them achieve their full potential. You will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to identify solutions to any given situation, taking responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
