AHS enters talks with preservationists over River Farm : vim

The American Horticultural Society has decided to move forward on negotiations with NOVA Parks on a possible sale of George Washington’s historic River Farm. The nonprofit gardening organization, in a statement Saturday, said its board also intends to explore "possible partnership opportunities" with the coalition of preservationists.
