Akeredolu said this on Tuesday in Akure at the ODIRS Soft Skill Training Programme. The Governor noted that his administration had improved tremendously on the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of the State. He disclosed that the state IGR had increased from N700 million generated monthly before the advent of the administration to over N2 billion. Akeredolu emphasised the importance of training officers of the revenue service, noting that it would help them to build confidence and hunger for more achievements.
