Akita that tore flesh off a man is declared not dangerous de

Neal Alexander was attacked by an Akita dog at Bondi Junction in Sydney's east
He suffered horrific tear injuries to his wrist and lower back and still lives in pain
The dog, Hachi, had previously attacked two other strangers in 2014 and 2015
Hachi's owner Wendy Ho was fined $1,320 and her pet was declared dangerous
Ms Ho, 53, is now challenging the fine but the declaration has been withdrawn
